Amphibious - The Story
Amphibious is the story of a struggling high school freshman, Edgar Allen, born with Syndactyly (webbed fingers and toes). When his condition is discovered, he is bullied by some, but caring school staff offer him skills to adapt. The competitive swim coach helps him discover his gift in the water, and soon Edgar is smashing records. The school and community start celebrating the very thing that made him feel isolated, and Edgar uses his influence to lift up those around him, and inspire others to do the same.

The film’s message as well as “The Original You” campaign hope to change how teens see themselves, one another, and the world.
With teen self-harm and suicide on the rise, The Amphibious film and “The Original You” campaign coincide with the academic year, where inspirational videos and messages can accompany struggling teens on their journey. The message of the film and the campaign work to curb teen suicide, self-harm, and bullying.
In 2025, the Amphibious team worked with the Franki Moscato Foundation, producing educational content as part of the foundation's Teen Suicide Awareness and Prevention PSA Challenge.

Why Green Bay? Green Bay is a film-friendly community you may recognize from feature films like sports-comedy The 60 Yard Line (2017) and horror-comedy Gags the Clown (2018). PLUS, the national spotlight is always on "Titletown USA". In April 2025, the city hosted the 3 day NFL DRAFT, attracting over 600,000 attendees, including rapper Lil Wayne, as well as major sponsors from around the world.
Other places like beautiful Door County continue to be an emerging scene for independent film with picturesque shooting locations in recent films Green & Gold (2025) and A Cherry Pie Christmas (2025). The historic City of Appleton and Fox Valley were not only once just home to the famous Willem Dafoe and Harry Houdini, but filming sites for Michael Sajbel's horror/thriller Wraith (2017) and indie feature From the Furnace (2019).
